Prices are based on a 4 or 8 week cycle

 

Prices for typically sized properties:-

 

2 bedroom semi detached house or bungalow start from £20

3 bedroom semi detached or detached house start from £25

4 bedroom semi detached start from £30

4 bedroom plus detached start from £35

Conservatory windows from £2 extra per pane/section

​

'One Off' cleans from £25 for 2 bed semi

Conservatory valet from £25 (depending on size and condition)

Prices are for guidance only however and are always subject to a site visit

​

Gutter emptying from £3 per metre

Gutter/Soffit/Fascia washing from £4 per metre

Pricing on both of these services depend on height & access restrictions

Conservatory roof wash prices vary enormously according to size, access to all sides of the roof

& the material - glass or poly carbonate

​

Solar panel cleaning is typically £5 per panel but could be more if badly affected by lichen build-up

Payment Options

Following each visit we will leave details of the services provided and the cost. Your bill can then be settled via online banking which most customers find to be the most convenient method. Details for this are below but will also be provided on our bill.
